By only preparing a can of F-90, you can make hardness of 90 Shore A (32 Shore D) and heat resistance of 180 degree C to make any size mold or matrix plates you like in depth of 5mm.

Solid plate for matrix is getting less will disappear soon and the cost of it is higher and higher. By using liquid photopolymer the cost is only 30% of a solid photopolymer matrix plate. In addition, no more acid etching of metal plate in order to improve our environment green of no pollution. Resin and plate storage

Keep liquid photopolymer in a dry and dark place at temperature 10-50 degree C.

Take off double side tape thoroughly out of plate and without any residue on it.

After printing the plate should be cleaned clearly and dried completely for reuse.

Storing your plates properly after use in a plastic bag will last for years to reuse it.

Squeeze out air inside the bag to isolate any reactions happened with the plate.

Stored flat and keep away from light in a cool, dry place relative humidity of 60%.
