Observed for a long time to adopt CTF Computer To Film system, Mr. Xu is the boss of Huei Shen Screen printing company making screen frames for their own use for over 30 years in Taipei area.
They have relied on a film makers to output the film by image setter for them since the beginning. But they have to send some one to pick up the film everyday although the digital image can be sent in file by internet.
Eventually there is no labor can be sent to collect the film for their screen making any more because of retire of the employee. The boss has to think of something else in order to keep on the process and business.
Fortunately, the son of boss is willing to come back and decide to help daddy to continue the business, although the young man gratuated from computer background and worked in a peripheral company.
Mr. Xu was so happy to hear this decision and think of procuring some advanced equipment in order for the young man to use his majors to develop new business area. At the beginning he is thinking of our CTS (Computer To Screen system) which is an advanced technology of direct image on screen frame without using film / no vaccum but a flatbed inkjet printer.
In consideration of purchasing cost and daily productivity, the boss decided to buy CTF printer from us which is a system cheaper for him by an inkjet pritner to print image on film. Using of RIP software for color separation and dot screening happen to be a bonus point for the young man, therefore he is jumping up to be a good engineer of inkjet film maker quickly and smoothly only in a short time.
The boss is happy with the system as well as for the training course, instruction and service offered from us. The only complaint from him is that the inkjet film seams not as strong as the photofilm can be for long time use, because he has lots of job to be exposed repeatly, until we told him to bake the film in the drying oven after it is printed.
Now, they do not have to send to pick up the film which is in a long distance and wait for a long time. The young man is also enjoying the CTF to make film very much. (190522)
